Standard adhesive
Application: generalA standard acrylic-based adhesive. Widely used for various surfaces, it is characterised by high durability and good adhesion. It also works well at low temperatures. The adhesive can be used with food.
Special standard adhesive
Application: HDPE, PE, PP plastics, TeflonPermanent, transparent adhesive of very good adhesion, recommended especially in industries using rigid containers. It is perfect for difficult label applications at 0°C, and provides a very good effect even in the case of apolar surfaces.
Strong adhesive
Application: HDPE, PE, PP plastics, Teflon or uneven, rough surfacesKlej A strong adhesive based on rubber. It is distinguished by strong effect, even in relation to adhesion resistant materials. It can be used on uneven, bent, rough and apolar surfaces.
Removable adhesive
Application: generalAcrylic adhesive of very good adhesion, for general use. It enables quick and easy removal of labels, leaving the surface clean, even after a longer period of use.
Opaque adhesive
Opaque labels are used to cover outdated or misprinted content. They are non-transparent and fully cover up the old text, ensuring that it does not show through.
Paper is the most popular material for printing labels which are intended for short-term exposure, and will not be exposed to difficult weather conditions (especially high humidity). Paper labels are mainly used on products displayed indoors. Paper is often used to print general purpose labels applied, for example, on cardboard packaging, bottles and collective packaging.
Paper labels on a roll
The labels produced are packaged on a roll. The roll used here is made of thick cardboard which is adjusted to the diameter of the existing label applicator available at the customer's premises. Theoretically, any roll core diameter is possible, but in practice 26, 40, 50 and 76 mm diameter rolls are generally used. Pay special attention to the direction of winding labels onto the roll, so that the labels are properly applied on the product. Labels are wound either inside or outside of the label roll.
Wide range of applications
Laser cutting allows us to give the label any shape without the cost of a die, in accordance with the customer's needs. Therefore, with low expenditure and short product lines, it is the fastest and cheapest solution, very useful if the label is supposed to be ready immediately. Self-adhesive labels require a liner to hold the adhesive in place until the label is ready to use. Depending on the intended use, the liner may be made of foil or paper. Liners are coated, which allows you to easily and accurately remove the label at the right moment.
Easy label application
The finished label rolls are packed and safely delivered to the customer. The customer places the label rolls on a label application machine. There are a variety of label application devices available, ranging from simple manual table labellers to fully automatic machines labelling with great speed and efficiency.
Our modern machine park allows us to obtain even the most fanciful shapes thanks to modern methods of die-cutting self-adhesive labels. The solutions we offer are savings for the Customers and the final result which allows them to stand out among other products.
